Recently, I upgraded from ArcServe 6.61 Ent. Ed. to Arcserve 2000. I'm trying to install SP4 on my ArcServe server and it keeps getting a Dr. Watson in setup.exe. It installs the tape library updates fine, but crashes on the base program update. I tried the new SP4 but that did the same thing. I closed all possible apps and it still fails. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Install AS 2000 SP4

Before installing sp4, shutdown all arcserve services, including discovery and message engine and close arcserve manager. Disable antivirus if any and then apply sp4.
