Insight Manager

Have a couple of new servers installed to the network which need adding to insight manager.
The application reports that the servers are not accessable.
The community string is correct, snmp is running on servers.

Anybody have any ideas?

Have you installed the Compaq Insight Agents on these servers ? When yes, what Version ?
In the Insight Manager Console, do you have the servers manually imported, via IP-Device List or only discovered ?
Try it manually !

Figured out that SNMP was installed after the agents were...I've reinstalled the agents & it's all ok.
