Inserting records into Access DB, via FlashMX and ASP

Does anyone know of any easy tutorials or help areas which could guide me through the linking of FlashMX, ASP and inserting data into an MSAccess DB?

I would like to insert a simple record into a database using a FlashMX GUI. I can get FlashMX to submit variables to an ASP page on the server and return the values, and I have used DreamweaverMX to write ASP pages for insert/update of DBs. But I do not know how to tie the two together!
