Inserting Flash within tables

Hi all,

I have created a flash menu system, but cannot seem to insert it inside a table.
My page is layed out with a table running along the left of the page (like a frame). I want to put he flash inside that.

Maybe its easier to just use frames....

Well, you certainly could use frames...
but you may start crying when you realize you're not getting many hits from search engines.

Click where you want the flash to go and then hit Insert>Flash Navigate to the file and OK
