Inserting data from excel to word 1

I have a generic letter in Word and a list of 100 address in an Excel worksheet (i.e. 100 fields, each with a complete address). How would someone go about inserting these address into the header of my letter? I'd like to have 100 copies of the letter, each one with the individual address. Thanks for any input you might have.
