I have a macro in word and I would like to insert a "(" at the end of the active document then go back to the beginning and run the macro as I have it right now. Can someone help with this?

I am obviously a n00b so any help is appreciated.

I don't have a lot of experience with vba with Word, but try to record the actions and look at that code.

You wanted simply this ?
Selection.EndKey Unit:=wdStory
Selection.TypeText Text:="("
Selection.HomeKey Unit:=wdStory

Hope This Helps, PH.
