Inserted picture into email background

Hi,
I am looking into a way to insert a pictures on the email background and be able to write over it. It could be only a kind of wallpaper looking like a special paper I would use writing a real letter.

I looked a bit for stationery plugins, for there do not appear to be any for Eudora.
What you porobably have to do is create a watermark....

Then try pasting it into a Eudora stationary file. Might work, might not.
