Insert specific string into subject of message

Hi all,
I am looking for a quick and easy way of either:

a - auto inserting a short string into the subject line of all new mails and replies

and/or

b - having a button that would perform the task (ie i need help writing a macro that would insert a short fixed string into the subject line of a given mail)

Any help would be much appreciated

where do you want this message to be inserted???????

If at the end, make a simple signature and insert the contents in there.

otherwise a Macro would work

As stated in the original post, i want to insert the string into the subject line of the mail. And yes, i appreciate a macro would do, but again as stated in the mail, i was looking for help in writing it.
