Insert pictures in cells based on cell values

I have a sheet with a list of item numbers and need to insert a tif file on each row in a different cell containing the bar code for the item. The tif file is the same name as the item number with .tif . How can i do this easily? The sheet changed as new items are added.

I will see it that will work, Thanks.... the goal is to print out the sheet and create a book for the sales dept to use for items that can not have a barcode attached. I was hoping I would not have to have the barcodes in the spreadsheet though. They are currently stored in a separate If I get this to work with the barcodes, I have to do the same with a picture of the item.
