I have inserted a picture into my spreadsheet but it does not display on the screen or in the print preview. Under Options>View - Objects I have Show All checked and have been on Microsoft UNhelpful site with no prevail. Even in Word if I scroll the picture disappears. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Right-click the picture and select Format Picture... under the Properties tab, make sure Print Object is checked

Already done that still does not work. I am using Excel2003.

Exactly what do you see in your sheet if you do not see the picture?

How did you insert this picture?

Skip,

[glasses] When a group touring the Crest Toothpaste factory got caught in a large cooler, headlines read...
Tooth Company Freeze a Crowd! and
Many are Cold, but Few are Frozen![tongue]

See just the text in the cells. Inserted the picture by going to insert>picture>from file. As soon as I check any cell the picture disappears and only reappears if I move it and do nothing else.

What is the format of the picture? Is there anything on the picture you can see in any other picture browser?

combo

*.jpg format do not see anything and it will not even show up in the plot preview.

Under Control Panel, Display, Settings, Advanced, Troubleshooting change acceleration one notch either way.

See what happens.
