Insert Hyperlink

Hi,

After i fill in quotation data in to the database that i create, i will send a email to my manager to get approval.Recently,i need to type the ref num. by myself when i do a new quotation and send to my manager. Can i automatically send the ref num manager? Can i insert a hyperlink also that allow my manager automatically acces the page with the new ref num(the form that just show the data for the ref num)? It is possible to do what i neeed? Any solution? Thank you
