insert date in cell for excel

Hi All
I'm using excel and asking if possible to add the date from jan 1 to dec 31 on an excel spread sheet like this
here is how my spread sheet look like
Collumn
A
1-Jan
2-Jan
3-Jan
and all the way to dec 31
not have to enter date for each cell
