Insert blank picture frame

How do I insert a blank picture frame in Pub 2002? (The Ms Help file instruction doesn't work) I'd prefer to be able to use the "Insert picture frame" icon from the toolbar.

Just click on insert.... text box...
you can then cut and paste text or a picture in the box.

I have a question
how to have the words flow around a text box or a picture.

Hi use the wrap around option

Easy. On the left hand side of the Pub 2002 screen are the drawing icons. Select the rectangle and position/size it on your page. While still "selected" with the circles on the edges of the frame, save it as a file; jpg, .gif, whatever. Call it "Frame" or something that will tell you what it is.
