Hello,
I am running an Expense Recovery Report for the Lab. I have created this report in CR10 saved it in the repository and scheduled it to run daily in CE10.

My problem is that not all of my data is crossing from the CR10 into the CE10 report.
I have ran the reports for the same day from CR10, the repository and Enterprise. CR10 and the repositoy are the same but Enterprise is different.

It appears that test are being blocked from crossing. I need help in finding out what could be blocking these test from crossing.

I't probably connectivity.

Crystal won't arbitrarily omit data, either there are permissioning concerns, a difference in the select criteria, a different database, or a few other possibilities.

When you speak about data differences, post your database and connectivity type, and make sure that CR and CE are using the exact same connectivity setup.

You might also make sure that all service packs are up to date:

I am using an SQL database with and ODBC connection. The CR and CE are using the same connection setup. Maybe it has something to do with the permissions. Thanks

Right, as part of the connectivity, make sure that you are using everything the same, including the user password.

OK, permissions did not make any changes, any other ideas, I am at a loss.

I made a change on my report in CE. I went from a Plain Text format to a Rich Text format and all of my hidden tests dropped into place.
I am sending this file via FTP, and the format is not matching up at the output.
Does anyone know why one format would differ from another to allow test codes to be hidden?
