Does anybody know if it is possible, probably using API, to alter the InputBox in MSAccess VBA so that when text is entered it follows the mask of a password. i.e text would look like ******

I would create a new form and add a textbox to it and set the textbox's Input Mask property to Password. Then use the new form as your InputBox.

I have a similar question but mine is in Excel. I have a button that I want to password protect and I want the password masked. I am using Excel 97. Can this be done and if so what is the code to do it.
