InoculateIT 6 realtime monitor is slowing down windows 98 stations. You can´t work with the station unless you disable the realtime monitor. Anyone have the same problem and have a solution??

Thanks,

I have seen where if you have monitoring enabled for both directions, network browsing and most activity is slowed. Changing it to monitor incoming files only can help this problem.

Hope this helps you!

Also, configure the policy at the administration server to set and lockdown the realtime and any other options that users don't need to toy with.

If you need any assistance with adding Win9x clients to branch, let me know, I would be glad to help.

The problem here is you need to make sure that the "Local Scanner" and "Real Time Scanner" are NOT set to scan the network drives. We've had this issue pop up too, and deselecting the Network Drives from the scanning options has fixed this issue every time.
