inoculateIT 4.5 will not uninstall

some advice get them to get rid of inoculate completely. i have found even the new versions with all the updates to let the bugbear etc throught on the emails. it says its caught it but the infected file is in the windows\temp folder.
put norton av on or if they dont want to spend money goto and download the free version of avg. when it is installed make sure the outlook express pluggin is enabled. avg i know for a fact blocks virus coming through.
