Innoculate IT hoarding CPU time

Hi all...

have an issue with Innoculate IT running on certain servers.
It seems that the INORT.exe prcoess hoards CPU time and I had to stop and restart services linked to Innoculate IT including the Realtime monitor.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen ?

What version of InoculateIT?
What O/S?
Are you using terminal services?

InoculateIT ver 6
OS = W2k pro, W2k server
Terminal services are installed but not used that often.
Regardless of initiating a terminal session or using the server directly, CPU time for the tasks get maxxed out !
