I am basically trying to set up department groups of off the auto attendant that ring all then goto a department or group mailbox ..Thanks in advance

If any extensions are set to call forward, the chan gets broken. I suggest using a virtual key placed on all of those phones. Assign them to ring and place a VM coverage button on the phones (code 77 in key data).
