Avaya should be able to reset this for you. I don't believe that passwords should be posted in forums, although I know of others who disagree with my opinion on this issue.

AVaya tech helpme can probably help u with your upgrade without need of the password.
Business Partner s aren't authorized the Init level password cuz that is used to turn on features that cost money. I have assisted in many of a upgrade and I have never seen the need for the Init password. Even if someone gave me the password I wouldn't use it cuz that could result in a jail term. Avaya security monitors forums such as this.
