INI002 PLEASE HELP

I have a CS1000e rls 7.0 the has INI twice in the last week or so. I have attached the printout during the INI. Any ideas thanks.

Checking the patches is the easiest thing to do as a first step...

and use the baseline audit tool.

It'll let you know if any patches are missing or defective. Once it's patch current you can look at the hardware side of things.

These are the lines I find most interesting ... kind of looks like someone 'accidentally' did a software INI ... or someone possibly hacked you and did it as a DoS attack

Is this a HA system. If so it goes into split mode prior to the INI. You could also print out the ras stack to see if it's a "manual" ini that someone has entered in pdt...

Also check your elan connections. If you are receiving broadcast messages over the elan it will ini your system once the buffer overflows. This is pretty common when someone moves around patch cords not understanding the setup.
