INI000 fault code 24. Anyone had this?

We had an INI000 fault code 24 on our Option 82c 25.40b.
Has anyone seen this fault code because it is not in the manual. Thanks in advance.

Haven't seen that one. Print the HST file right away so you have proof of it for Nortel and get in touch with them.
