Infortel for Windows opt. 81 1

Anyone out there that could help me with Infortel I have set up with Nortel OPT 81 and all seems to work good except no internal calls recording?

do you have programmed internal cdr in your phones?
If you don´t have, put ICDA in CLS for each phone.
