information store error during exchange install

while installing exchange 2000, i get the following error:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Information Store Service with error code 0XC00703E5"

I have SMTP and NNTP running and have ran forestprep and domainprep. any ideas?

did you get an answer to this problem. I have a feeling Exchange does not setup properly on win2k sp 3 server.

I have the same prob as you.
