Information Store Database Limit?

Hello, I'am running Exchange 5.5 and was wondering if there is a set limit in maximum storage within the Information Store database?

Yeppers, You are limted to exactly 16GB (16,777,216 kb). Sux eh? The only way to bypass this is with the Enterpise level of exchange where you can have multiple sites; each at 16gb.

Actually you can have just one site to exceed 16GB such as mine where the Exchange private database is already topping 27GBs. The only requirement is to have the enterprise version running.

I just wanted to make a quick note that upgrading from Standard to enterprise version of exchange isn't a difficult task. I don't event think you have to reboot. Craig
