Information Store & MTA Stacks service doesnt start on startup

PLs help, when i start my Exchange Server 2 services failed to start Information Store and Mta Stacks, But when i manually start it, it will start. But i need to manually start the pop3 and imap after starting both services.
 
on the properties of your mailbox store, make sure the "Do not mount this store on startup" box is unchecked. also, make sure your IIS Admin service is running.
 
yes its unchecked... im not having problem on mounting the mailbox store..im having problem with the "information store".... tnx for the reply
 
one reason might be that it take a long time to start the System Attendant, or if it take a long time to get Global Catalog access for Exchange. If you have not applied E2K SP3, I would.

If you have, try pointing the Config DC and GC to another Domain Controller (on properties of the server in System Manager)
