Does anyone know what the command is to change
the InfoLink message set to "iQ"?

Try Command AIPT.

I am assuming you have a CC98 card in your switch and it is an ICS (grey / black cabinet)

That does not seem to be the command. It does get
me to the InfoLink config page, but there is nothing
there for the message set.
