Info pass call

Hi all.

I have a little problem passing calls.

All the users are analog extensions and the operator extension is a digital extension.

When the digital extension receive a call and pass the call to an analog extension, the user only can view the external number in the phone screen but not the operator extension. For this reason the user can't know if the call is external or internal.

If the call is passed to an digital extension I can see the extension who pas me the call and the external DDI.

Do you know the any idea (configure the info sent by ip office, because I think the info is sent but the screen in the analog extensions is very little).

In the Manager on the extension try to play with the "Caller Display type". I mostly use FSKD
