info on automatic dialing

hello everyone, first time poster here!

my company moved to an IP Office system about a year ago and i'm now starting to setup auto-attendants and do some more complicated programming myself. I've run into a problem that I can't seem to find any information on so I thought i'd check here.

The question is how to make a phone dial a number or maybe an auto-attendant just by picking up the receiver. Is this possible?

if i understand correct you mean hotline

you pick up the habndset and it dials a number you want to set

lets say you want to dial 1234
then you have to give this user a shortcode like :

code: 1234
feature : dial direct hotline
telephone number : 1234
line id : 0
