I am running windows server 2003, with IIS 6

inetinfo.exe is sitting on port 25 on the new server that I am setting up, and blocking the mail server that we are trying to use. On the old server, inetinfo.exe is sitting on port 21. According to my research, the description of inetinfo.exe is as follows:

Description:
inetinfo.exe is used primarily for debugging Microsoft Windows Server Internet Information Services. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Is there a way to change the port that this program uses? I have found no information on configuring which port it uses.
