Individual parental control

I just bought and installed Symantec Internet security 2007 and had to download the add-on pack for the parental control program and I can't configure for individual users. I have teens and pre-teens that I was able to configure seperately with the 2005 version. Can someone tell me how to do this with 2007 or am I SOL?

I'm intested in purchasing this same package and want to know before i buy. The Norton website wasn't any help in answering the question.
