Hi,

I have a problem.
All our exensions are set to tranfer to our reception if unanswered or busy, but now I need to have some of the exensions not to go to the reception..

I have tried to remove individual diversion, but they keep getting transfered.

Anyone know what to do?

Using BC12.

Regards.

#211# to cancel diversion on no answer
#212# to cancel diversion on busy

Hmm It still transfers the call to the reception, have tried both #211# and #212#

CDINE:DIR=XXXX

I think this is the command to end diversion if no answer

Are you sure it's individual diversion?
Check CDCDP (Common Diversion)

Sorry about the late reply.

It was the CDIV that was the issue, thank you Mundus :)

1 Do not allow rerouting at call to extension
when busy, congestion or at no answer.
