Hi all;

I currently have several large word files and I was wondering if there was an easy way to kind of index the information in them using something similar to a windows help file.

Can this be easily created?

Essentially it would be nice to have the opportunity to search for particular information within these files based on keywords.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I think in total approximately 2000 pages of information would be involved.

Number of pages is rather irrelevant. What is the total size of all files?

Are there pictures?

Have you tried master/sub documents? (Check my FAQ before you decide you want to do that!) dreamboat@nni.com

Thank you for the advice.

What I have decided to do is to create PDF's of all documents and then using the Acrobat catalogue feature make a catalogue that is searchable.

Thanks again.
