Hiya,
Anyone know how to record/change announcements on the Vm manager, If anyone has a user guide for this would be helpful, just inherited the kit and now they want to change announcments in the ACD queues. Can it be done remotely, sorry for being so vague but not sure what kit it is

What exactly are the annoucement on - ie do you have an IVM, or an old Global or Seltek, or it it an ACA cassette.

If it is the IVM, (which is probably is...) then it is done through queue manager on the task bar. Have a look through the system programming and see what group the calls are queueing for, and that should co-incide with an entry in Queue manager.
