Hi,

I just can tell you that "WARNING: Index: 179" means an "ERROR_UNEXPECTED". What ever this means...

Regards,
Frank

Warnings are basically errors that were detected by the TNT that the TNT was able to recover from. It seems the errors are all happening on the same card (MADD card in slot 3). While there is no cause for alarm at this point in time this could point to potential hardware problem with that particular MADD card. I would keep an eye out for Fatal index errors before initiating any hardware replacement since a Fatal index indicates that the card had been reset which means all sessions on that card would have been dropped. Warnings do not necessitate a card reset which means most likely no down-time was experienced. Only other option is to try a software upgrade, but I doubt this would help in this case.
