InDesign MathMagic plugin has corrupted my whole program

Hi, does anyone have any idea how MathMagic (a third party plugin) might have screwed my whole Indesign platform completely? After installing the beta trial version of MathMagic and realising that it just didn't work correctly, I deleted the plugin entirly from my machine. However, Indesign has not worked properly since. It says it's missing a bunch of plugins that I know I did not delete and my toolbar has vanished and there's no way to get it back.
Any ideas?

have you tried to REinstall plugin back ??
my friend has same problem with plugin for BarCodes - he can't open documents after deleting plugin - reinstalling expired plugin - give him chance to work on documents ...
