InDesign Book Printing and PDF Problems

I have 10 documents (10 Chapters) totaling 69 pages. I synchronize and save the book, but everytime I 'Export Book As PDF', and/or 'Print the Book' it inevitably mixes up a few pages.

It is not consistent either, for example it will sometimes rename pages 31 and 32 to 32 and 34, and next time switiching page 46 for 49 etc.

This has resulted in me having to print each document separately as well as build a PDF piece by piece.

Any thoughts?

I have had similar problems out of font or hyphenation errors. Have you tried to download the InDesign Update from Adobe.com?
