indentify alarm

Hi all,
I did ALLOP on my system, and it show like below. I'm really don't know what is it mean :(. Would you please help me to explain these error? and how can I fix it?

These 2 alarms go together 85 and 344.
It is your SMDR/CDR system that collects data for incomming/outgoing calls that has been down (or maybe still is down). Check your server with your billing system.
Do an ALREI; to erase the alarms after the fault has been corrected.

These 2 alarms ALSO go together 278 and 344.
It is your SMDR/CDR system that collects data for incomming/outgoing calls that has been down (or maybe still is down). Check your server with your billing system.
Do an ALREI; to erase the alarms after the fault has been corrected.
Alarm 278 gives info about that some collected data in a LIM has been lost.
