increment shift

Hello all! I was wondering if someone out there possibly knows why the "increment shift on clock-in" feature is not working for a specific job class? I checked to re-assure that the box was checked and that it saved... Any suggestions?

Hi eburks - I finally saw that the employee who was having the issue with the increment not happening was set to prop expert in his profile. I changed it to the correct setting and voila! Everything is now in order. Thank you so much for replying.
