Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the size of the ARS table??? We've started entering nubers in on a daily basis and are at 87% and running out of room quickly.

Thank you

I am not sure what you are adding daily to your ARS Analysis tables, but you can use wildcards or just a part of the number that will eliminate the need to enter them individually. Such as for an exchange in your home are code that you want to have someone dial just enter the area code. Example: 412 being your local area code or HNPA. Then for FNPA or Foreign Area code you would enter them as below starting with a 1. Every area code and exchange does not need to be entered. Also if there is an exchange you want to block just deny it under the route pattern. hope this helps.

ARS DIGIT ANALYSIS TABLE
Location: all Percent Full: 3

Dialed Total Route Call Node
String Min Max Pattern Type
412 10 10 1 hnpa

126 11 11 4 fnpa
127 11 11 4 fnpa
128 11 11 4 fnpa
129 11 11 4 fnpa
130 11 11 4 fnpa

I'm using the ARS table to deny outbound calls so I'll have to put the whole number in. Any suggestions and thank you for the response.

I suggest you use restricted call list. It is simple to maintain and you can allow some users to dial numbers where the bulk are denied. It also allows for a smaller ARS table.

If you need info on setting up a restricted cal list post back.

Hope this helps

1a2 to ip I seen it all

As far as I know, the ARS table cannot be increased. But I must admit I have never seen anyone fill it, it is a huge table.

Perhaps it would be easier to deny everything and just put in the numbers that can be called :)
