Increase Text in AOL Mail.... 1

I didn't know where to put this, so here it is. A friend of mine is using AOL mail and the text of the emails is to small, we need to increase it. I need exact instructions on how to do this. HELP said something about checking 'rich text' box. But I couldn't find it. I was all over the menu's including 'settings' and can't find it. Anyone know how to do it?

ANF...your info was good for writing emails in AOL....thanks.

I had to increase the font size of the computer to get bigger text to read emails.
