increase ip licenses to add more ip phones

In order to get more ip licenses from nortel for my company cs1k i will need to retrieve some information from the system. How to retrieve this information i have no clue. Can someone please assist me with this.

you have access to cmd line? a TTY setup? If all you have is otm, I can't help ya, but someone should be able to
