Hi guys,
I am having one of this performance issues that is driving me mad with my Coldfusion 6.1 Application Server running big queries from SQL SERVER 2000. The performance issues normally happen when I have more users connected.
The application Server is Windows 2000 SP4 with 8 GB of RAM and 4 processors.
I am trying to incresea the HEAP SIZE but I keep getting this error “The ColdFusion MX Application Server service terminated with service-specific error 2.”
I have 2 questions:
1/ what is the correct INITIAL and MAX HEAP size that I need for a good performance?
2/ is there something in the JVM arguments that I could modify (see screenshot)
3/Anybody know the reason of the error I’m getting when I’m increase the heap size?
Thanks very much!!!
Kazan
