Incorrent ACW Time

Hi,

We have a Definity G3r8 using EAS. For a huntgroup we have set Timed ACW to 30 seconds but for some reason it is defaulting to 4 minutes! It was working a few weeks ago (before I went on holidays) but now does not. Can you point me in the direction to where the system default is for timed ACW and the best course of action to take to try and resolve this issue.

Is it set on VDN level or in the hunt group?

Ahah, I wasn't aware that it could be set at the VDN also

That did the job! An now I know that the VDN acw takes precedence to the Hunt acw.
