We have several remote sites running win95/98 with domain controller at central site. When attempting to logon, receive no domain controller available message and other times users can successfully authenticate. Our routers are set up to forward any netbios broadcasts to central site and have lmhost files on client machines.
Any thought would be appreciated.
Thanks...

Frame Relay is not known for it's reliability. That is why most poeple go for a dedicatied point to point circut. alot more expensive but also alot more reliable.
I would have a close look at the route tables in your routers. I would want to know what happens to traffic bound for the server IP address. The tracert command may be helpful. I have seen messages time out because they were just passed around from router to router.
