I have a problem of inconsistant cache when form going for generation in designer 2000. I had increased the size of share pool area=40MB and open cursor=600 and also tune the memory but still it presist. Please tell me how i can fix it.

Remove the existing installation of Oracle forms and reinstall it in the oracle home directory of designer

This should do the trick

Inconsisten cache means just catched GPF, so it may be related to forms or may not. There are many reasons causing it. The most common are:
1. Nested objects in OLB in template form
2. Invalid passwords
3. Relations without column usage

Unfortunately there is no general solution, but in any case does not depend on server tuning.
