Incompatible RPC stub - help 1

Hi,
i'm having a problem by the installation of some programs with the iccompatiblet version of RPC stub like this:
Error number: 0x80070725
Describtion: Imcompatible version of the RPC stub.

Setup will now terminate.

I'm using Windows 98SE, english, 4.10.2222A

Can this be fix and how without reistalling the Windows?
