Incomming Pots Line to Specific Ext not working

I have a IP403 running 3.2.(54)

I am trying to get a specific line (Line 5) to go to the Analog Ext 202.

I created an Incomming call route (1) and set it's destination to ext 202. No Joy...

The calls comming in on this line are still going to the default hunt group (Main).

I just purchased the 403 to experiment with and learn about IP Office so I know almost nothing so far. (Gonna be asking a lot of questions!)
 
Hey I had a similar problem when I typed the user into the field and then hit enter. It APPEARED that the programming was correct but it never took. Go back in and clear it out, then use the drop down and scroll to the user you want and click it. then save. I had this problem with DID on PRI but it sounds the same.
it was really screwed up

Its a bug that everyone should be made aware of. Thank you for the star.
 
this bug is very annoying. you have to select the name out of the pull down window. even if it is typed exactly right or it will not work
