Hey everyone

We start using PBX HP4K V6 , and we installed TMANI card ( 8 ports ) , I added a prima cell to PEN 0 , and its working ok but in incomming the calling number doesn't display on the screen of telephone set , can you tell me which paramerter can help me to solve this problem .
Another issue , we used Quintum Tenor AFG2000 to send telephone land lines from PTSN to our PBX , I tested this line for incomming and outgoing its works wel , but when I installed it in any PEN in TMANI , Its works will in incomming only , and we can't access it throught the PBX ( For your info , I tested the configuration of this port by using different prima cell and its works in 2 ways ) , so I need your help to help me in solving this problem .
Thanks for your time

Remove the PABX from the solution for the minute.
Plug an analogue phone to the 'Prima Cell'
Do you get Call Line Numbers ??

Yes I got the calling number on the screen of any telephone set connected to Prima cell directly

OK - Now if you have an ordinary analogue PTT line with Calling number on that and it is connected to the Hipath do you get caller number as well?

If the ordinary analogue line connected directly from PSTN to HiPath , its working well , but if we add any equipment to carry this line from PSTN to PBX , we face this problem .

So we assume the problem will be from this eqipment , so we try to find any option or protocol or any other thing that will open the line when we try to access it through Hipath

It might be the type of CLI Signalling it is using

DIS-ZAND:ALLDATA3;

CHA-ZAND:TYPE=ALLDATA3,CLIPSTD=??

In this way you can change the CLIP standard from what is normal for you.

If you can change the CLIP standard on the 'Prima Cell' unit to what is on the HiPath it is better.
But if you have to you could change the HiPath to what the 'Prima Cell' unit is transmitting.
