Incomming CLID

Hi

Is it possible to prohibit the incomming CLID to a particular group of ACD extensions? I cant get it turned of on the bearer, but I want to stop it on some extensions.

It could be done in Symposium (if you use it) by assigning a separate skillset that responds to a particular (or group of) CLID.

My appologies,

What I meant is that I don't want to restrict a particular CLID. I want to stop the CLID being displayed on the telephone set of a group of extensions.

Apologies to you. I misinterpreted your post. Depending on your system you may be able to restrict them by class of service settings on the 'phone.
